How is the Hospice funded?

The Hospice receives around 40% of its care costs from the Ashton, Leigh & Wigan Primary Care Trust. The balance must be raised through voluntary contributions including donations, fundraising, hospice shops and legacies. We are grateful to the local population whose unstinting support has enabled us to provide the love and care much needed by our patients and their families over the past 25 years.
