How often does the taxman give money away?
If you are a UK taxpayer making a donation to the Hospice, we are able to claim Gift Aid on the sum donated. This equates to an extra 28p in every pound at no extra cost to you. If you made a donation of £100 it would be worth £128 to the Hospice - thanks to the taxman!
All you have to do is complete this simple declaration form and return it with any donation to the Hospice.
If you prefer us to send you a declaration form in the post, please contact us and we will be happy to do so.
When we receive your completed declaration, we will then be able to claim Gift Aid on all donations that you have made in the last six years; or any you make in the future, without the need for you to fill in any more forms.
Please make sure that if the donation is in joint names, both parties complete and sign the form.
