Main aims and objectives:

Raise awareness of the importance of care homes as a site for palliative and end of life care delivery

Promote innovations in end of life care in care homes

Highlight evidence based recommendations which enable staff to assist their residents to live as fully as possible until they die

Promote greater collaborative working across primary and secondary care services


An early bird fee of £75 is available if booked and paid before December 31st, 2018.

A standard fee of £90 will apply to all bookings made after this date.

Payment is required at the time of booking.
