Wigan and Leigh Hospice is a well-established charity which has been operating since 1983. We provide a wide range of palliative care services to people with advancing life-limiting illnesses of any diagnosis and to those people important to them. The support we offer is tailored to meet individuals’ physical, social, spiritual and emotional needs
Many services provided by Wigan & Leigh Hospice are dependent on the goodwill of our generous volunteers.
Volunteers benefit from help towards bus fare and can apply for a Blue Light Card after their probation period.
About the role
We are looking for volunteers to help our expanding Ebay sales team, which is supported by our E Commerce Manager, ideally we need applicants that already have working knowledge and experience of listing on eBay.
Tasks will include – photographing & sorting items suitable for selling online, researching the value of items, listing items online, answering online queries, packing and wrapping items ready for dispatch.
This role will be based above our Furniture Shop on Lord Street in Leigh with days and times to suit you (office closed on a Wednesday & Friday), flexible shifts from as little as 3 hours a week.
