Patients will able to see sparkling Christmas Trees from their rooms at the hospice over the festive season.
For the first time the ‘5,000 Lights’ project will take place when our gardens will be filled with Christmas Trees covered in glittering lights.
Local people and businesses are invited to buy a tree and give the gift of Christmas to patients living with incurable illnesses.
You can help fill the hospice gardens with Christmas Trees full of fairy lights and create happy memories for patients and their visitors.
All patient bedrooms have patio doors looking out onto the gardens so every one of them will be able to see the display.
Buying a Tree
The lights will be switched on the evening of December 3rd after the Light for a Life ceremony and will be on until January 5th.
Sponsorship is £200 per tree and each tree, which will be provided by the hospice, will feature the name of the donor or a business logo.
Christmas Trees have already been purchased by Walter Brown Printers, ABtec, Eldercare, A C Plant Glazing, Walmsleys Commercial Insurance and NW Design.
