Advanced Communications Skills (day 2)

Course overview:

Build your confidence and communication skills through focused, practical training tailored to your individual learning goals.

Take part in realistic role play with a professional actor, practise handling challenging scenarios, and receive constructive feedback from both peers and facilitators to support your development in real-world situations.

This is face-to-face training at the hospice. Places are limited and advance booking is essential.

Your place will be confirmed by email once your booking has been processed.

Course details:

• Duration: Two-day course.
• Wigan-borough-based participants: No payment required.
• External organisations: £695 (invoice sent after booking).
• Other hospices: £600 (invoice sent after booking).

This is a CPD-accredited training course.
