The furniture you donate must be in good, saleable condition and meet UK safety standards. All upholstered items must have a valid fire safety label attached.
We’ll check your item at the point of donation to make sure we’re able to accept it.
Please note: If you can’t bring the furniture to us, that’s fine – we offer a FREE collection service.
All furniture needs to be downstairs in the property in order for us to collect it.
Our furniture collection team can come straight to your door to pick up items ready for donation. Please ensure that it is downstairs in the property before we arrive to collect it.
Your donation will go a long way in helping us raise the vital funds needed to continue caring for people across Wigan and Leigh.
We’ll do our best to assess your item before collection. However, if it’s unsuitable, we may need to decline it at the time of pickup.
