We work in close partnership with other healthcare professionals involved in our patients’ care. Our expertise is shared with GPs, district nurses, care homes, and other health and social care providers through multidisciplinary collaboration and formal education programmes. This ensures our knowledge benefits even those who may not access hospice services directly.
