Course overview:

• State the difference between verification and certification.
• State the criteria required for a registered nurse to undertake verification within the care home/community setting.
• Demonstrate the procedure to diagnose and verify death.
• State how to develop and maintain competence using the competency framework.

This is face-to-face training at the hospice. Advance booking is essential.
