Our annual Light for a Life appeal provides an opportunity to celebrate and rememner those you love and have loved. Each light on our Christmas tree represents a dedication made in love.
Anyone can dedicate a light on our tree to remember the life of someone special or mark a joyful event, such as a wedding or birth. You may wish to make a dedication in hope or to say thanks for someone you love. Your dedication can be made to anyone, whether or not either of you have a connection to the hospice. It’s a simple way of remembering those you love or have loved at Christmas time.
We are delighted to be able to hold our switch-on ceremony at the hospice on Sunday 30 November, from 4pm. A service of about 30 minutes will be held at the front of the hospice. The ceremony will include music, readings and the Light for a Life tree lights will be switched on.
Please note there are limited parking spaces available at St Peter’s CofE Primary School.
