Hospices care for people at the most vulnerable time in their lives – providing dignity, comfort, and compassion for those who that are dying.

Wigan & Leigh Hospice receives less than a third of its funding from the NHS and has to raise more than £4.4m every year – £12,000 per day – to keep its services running.

Right now, the hospice is under enormous pressure. The cost-of-living crisis means rising food prices, higher staffing costs, and soaring energy bills. We need your help more than ever to keep our services running.
