Deepen your understanding of Advance Care Planning (ACP) and build confidence in supporting patients and families as they prepare for the future.

Explore the benefits of using an ACP tool, consider the consequences of not planning ahead, and develop insight into the social, physical and spiritual needs of people approaching the end of life.

This is face-to-face training at the hospice. Places are limited and advance booking is essential.

  • Duration: Full‑day course.
  • Wigan-borough-based participants: No payment required.
  • External organisations: £85 (invoice sent after booking).
  • Other hospices: £70 (invoice sent after booking).
