Grab your trainers and run for Wigan & Leigh Hospice!
Join team Wigan & Leigh Hospice in the annual Run Wigan Festival.
We’re offering our supporters the chance to take part for free. What’s more, you’ll also receive a free Wigan & Leigh Hospice running vest – or t-shirt – just for taking part.
Fundraising
We ask that supporters who run for us aim to raise £50 in sponsorship for the 5km and £200 for the half marathon.
We can supply collection tins, buckets, sponsorship forms and more to support your fundraising.
Important information
To secure your place, you must follow the below steps:
- Register your interest with us by Friday 19 February 2027.
- We’ll get in touch with further details once you’re signed up.
- Raise at least £20 towards your 5km target of £50; or raise at least £50 towards your half marathon target of £200.
- Each of these steps must be completed before 13 February 2027 to ensure you are eligible for a free Wigan & Leigh Hospice place.
- If you already own a Wigan & Leigh Hospice t-shirt, please wear this to help us save on vital funds.
