Our charity shops are operated by a team of committed volunteers, who give their time and skills to raise vital funds for the hospice and they are supported by the Retail Managers.

We’re looking for volunteers who are approachable and friendly, with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

This role is currently only open to applicants over the age of 18.

In return, you’ll be offered support and training to do the job, as well as the opportunity to be part of a brilliant team who really make a difference.

Under the supervision of the Shop Manager a typical day will involve preparing & arranging furniture & electrical appliance donations, assisting customers with their purchases, as well as ensuring the shop is well presented and welcoming to customers to help to bring in as much income as possible to support the hospice.
We are looking for volunteers who can commit to a minimum of a half day shift per week, to help move furniture around the shop.
