Throughout the month of July, Emilee decided to swim 400 lengths of her local pool to raise money for the hospice after her Grandad, Joe, was cared for in the Inpatient Unit after suffering a spinal cord compression.

Our Pub Walk on Saturday 17th May was a huge success and raised over £22,000 for the hospice.
Sarah and her husband Rob are joining the Manchester to Blackpool Bike Ride in honour of Sarah’s Dad, Bernard, who sadly passed away from Oesophageal Cancer in February 2019.
After the hospice cared for Ethan’s Auntie Gail in 2024, he decided to embark on a number of fundraising challenges and has been awarded with a prestigious award for his efforts.
In April 2025, Charlotte ran the Manchester Marathon to raise funds for Wigan & Leigh Hospice, as her way of saying thank you for the great care being provided to her best friends Mum, Suzanne.
