Our Christmas Fayre is a festive afternoon of fun for the whole family – why not come along and kick-start your Christmas?
We’re thrilled our well-loved Christmas Fayre is back for 2021 and this time we’ll be holding the Fayre in the grounds of the hospice in Hindley.
There’s something for everyone at our annual Christmas Fayre; win prizes on our raffles, enjoy refreshments and stock up on Christmas gifts and goodies.
You’ll also be able to see our beautiful 28-ft tall Light for a Life tree and see our 5000 Lights featuring 60 Christmas Trees covered in glittering lights.
Chateau Gateaux will be selling delicious cakes and brownies, Hindley Green Junior Volunteers Club will be selling Christmas crafts, Thrive CIC will have handcrafted gifts, Pop-up Pudz will be serving hot waffles and the Fish Bay will be there selling fresh fish and chips too!
We’ll also be joined by Bath The Bomb, Lisa Marie’s Boutique, Body Shop, Flowers Wigan, CGK Toys, The Holly Cottage Chandler, Tropic, Fairy Melts and other stalls selling preserves and jams; peg dolls and Christmas gifts; bows, make-up and dresses for Morris Dancers; handmade wooden ornaments; flower arrangements and volunteers from our Hindley shop will have a toy stall.
We’ll also be joined by Father Christmas!
The safety of our visitors is our priority to ensure we all have a wonderful time. Can we please ask that you do not come if you are feeling unwell and if you are able to wear a mask please do so.
We will be helping attendees to socially distance by spacing our stalls apart and, of course, our fayre is being held outdoors to ensure ventilation. We encourage you to take a Lateral Flow Test before your visit.
Our car park will be closed to everyone but stall-holders, disabled attendees and those visiting inpatients. Please park in Hindley or get public transport if you are able to.
We’re really looking forward to having our first fayre here at the hospice and welcoming back our local community!
Get yourself in the mood for Christmas and help us to raise some money so that we can continue providing vital care to local people.
Admission to the Christmas Fayre is free. It will open at 12noon and finish at 6pm.
Please note this is an outdoors event.
