Returning for 2025, The Wigan & Leigh Hospice Midnight Walk!
Walk for Wigan & Leigh Hospice by joining us for a fabulous fundraising 5 mile walk finishing at Midnight!
Many supporters will be taking part to celebrate the life of a loved one.
However you will be taking part, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
Families are welcome to take part – dressing up is actively encouraged – especially if it’s purple!
Dogs are allowed but must be kept on a short lead.
The Route
The route will be fully sign posted. It may change closer to the time, so please follow the signs.
Registration begins at the Wigan Warriors Fan Zone, Robin Park Arena on Friday 13th June at 9pm.
We’ll be having a warm up to get everyone ready before setting everyone off at 10pm!
Refreshments and toilet facilities will be available at Robin Park Arena before you set off and when you return at midnight!

- Registration is £20.00 for Adults – £15 for under 18s
- Participants under 18 must have consent of parent of guardian, and be accompanied.
- Free T-shirts for all entering!
Fundraising
Last year, this event raised over £25,500 towards providing outstanding care for our patients and families.
We need to raise over £12,000 a day, so whatever you can raise, it gratefully received.
- Teams are welcome to take part – sponsorship can be collected as a group
- Hard copy sponsor forms and collection boxes can be provided
- We ask that you create a fundraising page on JustGiving.com
