Wigan and Leigh Hospice does The Christie Manchester to Blackpool Bike Ride

  • July 10

Join thousands of other riders on a fantastic day out!

For over 20 years, thousands of riders have raised vital funds by riding the 62 mile route from the city to the seaside.

We also offer FREE transport to Manchester and back home again from Blackpool!*

Plus, you’ll get a t-shirt and a medal!

It’s a fantastic atmosphere and a fun way to support your local hospice.

*To guarantee free transport you must sign up before May 23rd

Entry Fee

The entry fee is £25.50.

The main charity partner for the ride is The Christie but we have bought places so our supporters can take part. This means that by riding with us you’ll support the hospice and any sponsorship you raise will go to the hospice.

We need to cover our costs but of course we also need to raise money! Therefore, we ask that all of our riders raise at least £100 in sponsorship.

This will mean that YOU will help us to continue providing specialist care and support to patients living with a progressive, incurable illness in our borough.

Please note

Please note:

The event is not a race and all riders must obey the Highway Code.

Cycling can be a dangerous activity and the organisers cannot be held responsible for personal injury, accident, loss, damage or public liability.
